We aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please review our policy regarding purchase options, order changes, and cancellations below.

📌 Purchase Options

We offer a variety of purchase types to meet your needs:

Made-to-Order Products: Most items, including apparel, laser-engraved items, and 3D prints, are custom-made when you order.
Pre-Orders (If Applicable): Items not yet released or in limited production may be offered as pre-orders with estimated fulfillment timelines listed in the product description.
Local Pickup / Local Delivery: You may select these options at checkout if your zip code qualifies.
Bulk or Custom Orders: For large quantities or fully customized designs, please contact us prior to checkout to confirm pricing and turnaround times.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, our cancellation terms are as follows:

Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order. After that time, we may have already started processing or producing your item.
Custom or bulk orders may have stricter cancellation limits. If you've placed a large or custom order, please reach out ASAP to discuss changes.

⚠️ Order Modifications

Need to change an item, size, or shipping address?

Modifications must be requested within 2 hours of order placement.
After that, we cannot guarantee changes can be made, especially for items already in production.

💳 Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is accepted:

You will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
