Two People, Different Talents, One Business
Bear: Technical Design and Production
Bear brings years of machining and manufacturing experience to D&L Vinyl & Laser. He focuses on laser engraving, 3D printing, technical design, and developing new products, turning creative ideas into finished pieces.
Lisa: Creative Design and Heat Press Specialist
Lisa brings creativity, attention to detail, and hands-on production experience to D&L. She's our heat press expert, handling the pressing and finishing process for apparel and other heat-applied creations. She also contributes product ideas, designs, and thoughtful finishing touches.
Why We Offer So Many Different Products
Many of our products use the same design skills, equipment, and production techniques. Rather than focusing on just one finished item, we've built our business around the ability to create and personalize a range of products. Different products. Shared skills. One family business.
Made to Order, Not Mass Produced
As a home-based business, we keep limited stock of ready-to-customize items. That helps us manage overhead while offering customers more choices. Don't see a particular shirt color, style, size, material, or gift item? We can often source more options than appear in our online catalog. Just ask!
Understanding Production and Shipping Times
Custom Apparel: Typically 3–8 Business Days
Our Direct-to-Film (DTF) apparel designs are printed by outside transfer suppliers before we press them onto your selected apparel. We don't currently print DTF transfers in-house. Once transfers arrive, Lisa handles the heat pressing and finishing. This approach lets us offer a wide range of designs without keeping large quantities of preprinted shirts.
Laser Engraving and 3D Printing: Typically 2–5 Business Days
Many engraved and 3D-printed items can be made in-house, depending on design complexity, material availability, and order volume.
These are estimated production times, not delivery guarantees. Shipping transit time is additional. We will communicate significant delays or unusual requirements.
