Order Processing

Most of our products are made to order. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on the product and order volume.

Typical processing time is 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. This allows you to monitor your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is shipped, we cannot guarantee replacement or refund.

If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside our control.

If your package is delayed or appears lost, we recommend contacting the carrier first using your tracking number.

We will always do our best to assist if issues arise.

International Shipping

D&L Vinyl & Laser primarily ships orders within the United States. Some international orders may be fulfilled and shipped through a third-party production or fulfillment partner.

When international orders are handled by a third-party partner, production and shipping times may vary from our standard processing times.

Estimated delivery times for international orders may range from 7–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and shipping carrier.

International shipments may also be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

D&L Vinyl & Laser is not responsible for customs delays, import fees, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

If an international package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees or incorrect shipping information, the original shipping cost may not be refundable.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the damaged item and packaging may be required to help resolve the issue.
