Return & Refund Policy

At D&L Vinyl & Laser, most of our products are made to order or customized, so we ask customers to review their order details carefully before completing their purchase.

Returns

Because many of our items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or there is a production error.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work toward a solution.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition to qualify for replacement when applicable.

Incorrect Size Orders

Please review the sizing charts provided on product pages before placing an order.

We cannot offer refunds or returns for items ordered in the wrong size unless there is a defect or production error.

Custom and Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized products are created specifically for the customer. Because of this, custom items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless there is a mistake in production.

Please double-check spelling, sizes, and design details before submitting your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We may ask for photos of:

the product
the packaging
the shipping label

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Digital Products

Digital downloads and digital design files are non-refundable once they have been delivered or downloaded.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet entered production. Because many items are made quickly after ordering, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
