Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to process an order?
Most items are made to order. Typical production time is 2–5 business days depending on the product and order volume.
Custom designs or specialty products may take slightly longer.
For stickers they will ship 1-2 days
How long does shipping take?
After production, most U.S. orders arrive within 2–7 business days depending on the shipping carrier.
Tracking information will be sent once the order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Some international orders may be produced and shipped by a trusted third-party fulfillment partner depending on the product and destination.
International orders may take 7–21 business days to arrive and may be subject to customs fees or import taxes determined by the destination country.
Do you accept returns?
Because many of our products are made to order, returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or there is a production error.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is an issue with your order.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of:
• the item
• the packaging
• the shipping label
Once verified, we will work to provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
How do I choose the correct size?
Sizing charts are included on product pages when available. We recommend reviewing them carefully before ordering.
Because items are printed to order, we generally cannot replace items ordered in the wrong size.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes. We enjoy working with customers on custom shirts, gifts, and specialty items.
