Ultimate Heat Press Settings and Transfer Tips for Vinyl and Laser Transfers

This page is our internal reference for heat press settings used at D&L Vinyl & Laser. Each card lists the recommended starting settings for a specific transfer type and vendor, including temperature, press time, pressure, peel method, and any special notes. Treat these as tested baselines, not hard rules—every press and garment can behave a little differently. If you adjust a setting and get better results, update the notes on that card so we always have the most current, proven settings for future jobs.
